Get hoopla through NC Live at https://www.nclive.org/r/hoopla 

Special Notice
Beginning in November 2024, if you have been accessing hoopla through an account, you will need to get hoopla through NCLive. 
  1. Sign in to your Hoopla account 
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings 
  3. Click Library 
  4. Search for "NC Live" and select the option for "NC Live (NC) Raleigh NC"
  5. Enter your library card number 
  6. Click Save
