Laminating

Available at the Cove City Library, Havelock Library, Pamlico County Library, and Vanceboro Library.

Notary Services

Available by appointment at the Cove City Library, New Bern Library, Pamlico County Library, and Vanceboro Library. 

$10 fee per principal signature for this service. Please call the library to make an appointment.

Test Proctor Services

Available by appointment at the Cove City Library, New Bern Library and Pamlico County Library.

$20 per test fee for this service. Please call your local library branch to discuss proctor availability.

Meeting Rooms and Quiet Pods

Please call the library branch for information about reserving the following spaces:

Havelock Library: Quiet pod for study or private Zoom meetings.

New Bern Library: Tutoring room, quiet pods for study or private Zoom meetings.

Pamlico County Library: Conference room, private office/study space.

DVD Rentals

New DVDs - $1.00 each

Older DVDs - 4 for $1.00

All Educational DVDs are Free

New and older DVDs are checked out for 1 week and educational DVDs are for 3 weeks.
