Join us at Pamlico County Library for a series of Free Digital Skills Classes designed to help community members build confidence using technology. Hosted at the library (13896 Highway 55, Alliance, NC 28509), these sessions are part of a research study by East Carolina University College of Health and Human Performance focused on improving digital literacy in our community.
