Miss Murple's Last Case--a Friends Fundraiser
Calling all mystery lovers and fans of local theater! Please join us at 2 pm on Saturday, November 11th at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 1605 Neuse Blvd. for local playwright Bill Hands’ comic mystery “Miss Murple’s Last Case. Tickets are $25 per person and will include dessert, beverages, and a drawing for a door prize.
Miss Murple’s Last Case is a comic spoof on all those mystery genres and games from Clue to James Bond to Dashiell Hammett! Twists, turns and red herrings are everywhere while the characters try to solve the case. So does the audience: the characters visit them between scenes to answer questions until, before the last act, the audience fills out its Whodunnit forms, and the best guess wins a prize! Do you read mysteries and solve the case before the answer is revealed?
This is an event you won’t want to miss. Give tickets as gifts or donate them as a prize to some organization or facility. Come, support the Friends of the Library and test your deductive skills.
